Adjacent to Lynn Canyon House is scenic Lynn Canyon Park and Suspension Bridge with rushing waterfalls. This is a stunning area where you can experience wilderness at our doorstep. Yet we're only 15 minutes from downtown Vancouver.

We are ideally situated only minutes by car from Stanley Park, Grouse Mountain, the beaches, spectacular gardens, golf, tennis, hiking, parks, restaurants. It's not just the West Coast location and gorgeous setting where mountains meet the sea. It's also the sheer range of enjoyment for body, mind and soul. You can ski, fish for salmon in Horseshoe Bay, golf and go sailing, here all on the same day - and then catch an opera or Broadway musical by night. Most summer evenings you will see Vancouverites jogging, strolling, rollerblading or bicycling the many miles of seaside walks along the beaches savouring our stunning sunsets.

Lynn Canyon House B &B is one block away from 2 major bus routes for those who prefer to travel by public transportation. Far enough removed from downtown to miss the crowds but close enough for easy access.

• Adjacent to Lynn Canyon Park and Suspension Bridge - suspension bridge hangs 20 storeys or approximately 50 meters above Lynn Creek offereing spectacular views of Lynn Canyon. At 250 hectares, Lynn Canyon Park is one of the largest municipal parks in Greater Vancouver. Scenic, green and very natural with various hiking/walking/biking trails.

• North Shore Studios - Hollywood North, a booming local industry. The studio is known forever as the original home of the X-Files.
• Park & Tilford Gardens - This beautiful display garden features many themes, such as White, Native, Rose, Oriental, and Rhododendron.

• Lonsdale Quay Public Market - Home to a bustling public market and summer-long outdoor entertainment. This wonderful array of shops, restaurants and market is connected to the City of Vancouver by a 12-minute harbour cruise on the SeaBus.
  Offers great views of the city.
• SeaBus is the region's fast, convenient and inexpensive catamaran ferry that whisks foot passengers in twelve minutes to historic Gastown, Chinatown and downtown Vancouver for less than the price of a cup of coffee. At no extra charge it connects with the Sky Train and conventional bus services to Stanley Park and the entire region.
• Pacific Starlight Dinner Train - Relax in restored period rail coaches and savour fine West Coast cuisine.

• Cates Park - With a long stretch of white sandy beach, and a multitude of smaller coves for watching boat traffic at Indian Arm.
